I hired goods from Mukhtar Hiring in Athlone and asked them to deliver to venue. They delivered and on the day when I went to set up the items were short I tried calling them and they we not answering even sent my husband to go around to the offices at 3pm and they were not their. I made a plan to save the function. First thing Monday morning I called and logged a complaint and their response was just yes. They gave short desert spoons, forks and knives and more on soup spoons. When I went to collect my deposit they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and demanded I pay for the shortage and said that items was correct but would not acknowledge that soup spoons was over said their collection guys cannot count. They even called my husband a that they were there and he was not there but refuse to speak to him. We not the first client this happened to they do this quite often and never give the customer the benefit it is always they right. They have bad attitudes towards their customers and have no sense of customer service I vowed to never ever use them or recommend them to any body. I have dealt with several different hiring companies and the first time I experience this.
