Booked in on 23rd Dec with advice that part required would be in after 3 Jan and car shortly after be ready. It's a Tiguan under warranty. To date no response to messages left - one communication when they exchanged the "courtesy" car. So my car has been with VW Umhlanga for 6 weeks! And James Candy/ Ursula have not returned calls and ignored me when I physically went there last week. Have mailed VW "support" twice NoResponse crept they have received my mail. I am appalled at the lack of service and customer care on a vehicle that is my most expensive car I have owned - my mommy grown up car. It's disgusting they are allowed to get away with such a disgraceful and disprepectful attitude. I want my car REPAIRED and returned to me.
