I was busy arranging to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I already had approved finance so I was a qualified serious buyer and I would probably have bought that vehicle had the service been appropriate. However the dealer did not want to sell the vehicle at the price they advertised it at and when asked why the owner sent a very rude email back laughing and saying that he will sell a vehicle at whatever price he wants, not matter what they advertised it at, and then he also started bad mouthing me for no reason at all. And to think I was about to buy a car from them and they were about to make money from me.
Worst retail experience of my life.
I bought the same type of vehicle at a competing dealer later that week because of great customer service.
