I got married on the 4th of may. And like any other bride i did thorough research on the suppliers we would be using and also get references.
However, one supplier really let me down, he was to deliver a 25m x 18m stretch tent in white that was meant to be in pristine condition. This however did not happen!
On the eave of my wedding day, at 1am 4th May a 12m x 16m tent was erected needless to say it was the wrong size (no way it could fit our 250 guests) it was disgustingly filth and had holes in it. He had "no idea" the the incorrect tent had been deliverer.
Upon his arrival at about 1:30am he acknowledged the problem and arranged for another tent, guess what. the one delivered was just a dirty and was not made of the same material.
Our problem is that we paid him a large amount of money as you can imaging stretch tents are and we got a filthy lappie that he called a stretch tent.
Since our wedding day disaster we have been trying to recoup our money, instead of him trying to rectify the situation he keeps shouting and putting the phone on us.
This has been one of the worst experience of my life.
Today i called him again and so did my husband, he hung up on the both of us!
