INCORRECT BILLING: AVON BILLING MESS

My balance from Avon is R433. Suddenly when i check online so i can make the payment, i find that there's a balance of R700, made up of an order for December 2013. I did NOT order these products in December and neither was anything delivered to me. Avon must fix this mess so i can pay the amount i know to be due.
