I PURCHASES A BRAND NEW BLUE MOTION 1.2 IN 2012. tHIS VEHICLE GAVE ME ENDLESS PROBLEMS FROM DAY ONE. I REPORTED THIS IMMIDIATELY TO VW, TO MY DISSATISFACTION I DID NOT GET ANY JOY, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK AND FOURTH TO TRY AND RESOLVE, HOWVER UN-SUCCSSFULON MUTIPLE OCCASIONS. I THEN APPROACH VW HEADOFFICE, . THEY HAD AN APPAULING ATTITUDE (ADVISEING ME THAT WARRENTY WILL TAKE OF THE PROBLEM) AFTER ONE YEAR OF CONTINOUES COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS WITH NO RESOLUTIONS FROM VW, THORUGH MY FRUSTRATION I WAS FORCED IN PURCHAING A NEW VEHICLE FOR WORK PURPOSES, HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT TO MY SATISFACTION AS I HAD TO SETTLE FOR SOMETHING OF LESS VALUE AS VW WAS NOT WILLING AT ANY GIVEN TIME TO COMPROMISE OR REPLACE THE VEHICLE OF THE SAME VALUE. ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, VW WAS SUPPOSE TO REPLACE ME WITH AN VEHILCE OF THE SAME VALUE DUE TO THE FACTORY FAULTS ON THE VEHICLE. THIS HAS CAUSED ME UNDUE STRESS AND EXPENSES. EVEN THE NEW VEHILCE HAS STARTED WITH ITS FACTORY PROBLEMS, (AIR - FAULTY - NO GAS - BRAND NEW VEHICLE) ALSO REPORTED TO VW, STILL NO FEEDBACK. I WOULD APPRECIATE A REPORT FROM VW ON THE WAY FORWARD TO ACCOMODATE ME
