I recently bought a Renault Duster as a demo model. The car came with the following problems;
1. Black covering on media console is bubbling and peeling
2. The fuel consumption is nowhere near the advertised price
3. The car came with only three wheel nuts on the back left tire
4. The right rear lights do not work
5. The front number plate holder had faulty clips and the number plate has fallen out and the clips are broken
6. There is a consistent whining noise when the car is in gear
7. The back right fender is coming off
8. The black trimmings on the doors are loose
9. The spot lights do not work
10. The tow hitch looks like it has been attached at an angle
11. The aircon is leaking through the bottom of the car
12. The rubbers in the boot come off when it is hot
After numerous attempts to call and email to get the dealership to book the car in they have not replied nor bothered to contact me. It took me less than a day to sign the car and receive it but when it comes to helping their customers Renault Centurion is very slack and unprofessional.
