Beyond poor service from Renault

I was looking to get the new Renault Duster. So on the 24th of September myself and my husband went to see Frans to find out more about the car. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car. Frans was very nice but unfortunately not very helpful and neither is the manager of the branch. They are actually very unprofessional. Clearly that brand is making a lot of money as they clearly do not want my money.

The problem comes in with my trade in with ironically is also a Renault, so because it is the same brand of car i assumed they would be more helpful. I was wrong. The amount that they got for me so that I may settle my car and get the Duster was R13 400.00 less than the current book/trade in value of the car. I phoned them and asked them to try to get a better price for me on my current car. That was beginning of last week. I have sent emails in the mean time to Frans and have had no feedback.

I am beyond disgusted and have now decided to go for a different brand of car.

I like renault but the people they have selling their cars have terrible work ethics.
