I phoned earlier this afternoon at 4pm because your system said that my parcel was on its way to me at 8AM already.
The lady took my name and number and said she would call me back to confirm a time the guy would be here as he is not answering his phone at that time.
Just after 7pm I quickly put my baby in the bath with my wife, when I got to my phone I could see there was a missed call from the gate.
I ran to the gate and no one as there as the driver obviously drove off without anyone even trying to contact me or the lady coming back to me as she promised.
