BAD SERVICE (LITERALLY)

I took in my car for a service last week Monday at Leo Haese Centurion. I was invoiced and paid for flushing the cooling system which was done as part of the service, however straight after fetching my car from the service centre, less than a km away from there, I was stuck on the side of the road because my car was overheating. I had to get the car pulled to a place of safety overnight, as it wouldn't drive home and lodged a complaint with the service manager the next morning. They sent a tow truck to fetch my car to be checked and the feedback that I was given was that the waterpump is damaged. my question was then how were they able to flush the cooling system with a leaking waterpump? To my surprise I was told that the necessary pressure tests were done and the system was flushed and no damage was detected. if that's the case then why did I get stuck right after fetching my car from the service?? to top it off, they are now charging me towing fees for their own defective workmanship and they don't even have the decency to attend to my complaint or keep in touch to resolve the matter.
