I took my Citroen C2 to the Centurion branch after it started slipping. They said I need to replace my clutch which will be around R15 000.00... I had to get it done so let them continued with the job. After 3 days of "fixing" my car one of the mechanics phoned me and said the fan belt was really worn out and needs to be replaced. I agreed and off they went. 5 days later they said I can fetch the car. Looking at everything they done on the job card I saw they replaced my waterpump (which was replaced 7 months earlier). I told them about it and it turns out that the mechanic working on the car damaged the waterpump while working on the clutch, and said he needs to fix the fanbelt, which was never replaced. The manager apologised and said he would pay me back the money for the waterpump... It's 3 weeks later and no money... I am very dissapointed!!! For that amount of money for a clutch, you expect great service!!
