VERY BAD SERVICE

Saturday 1 Feb 2014, waited to be served at the take away section, after 10 minutes of waiting, with no one attending to us, I raised my voiced and asked whether someone would attend to us. A blond lady brushed me off and carried on as if I didn't even exist. I ordered 2 x pick me up specials, which amounted to R72.00. I gave them my ABSA ATM card. After swiping my card, the lady said there is something wrong with their machine and she had to swipe my card again, no slip was given, she swiped my card a second time and it still didn't go through. She said my card was declined, which is rubbish. I swiped my fiancee's card and the trsnsaction was approved. On checking my bank statement, I see that the amount of R72.00 and bank costs have gone off my account twice as well as once of my fiancee's account. I paid R221.00 for 4 disgusting hotdogs and 4 x 500ml cokes. Nobody even asked me what sauce I wanted on this, they drenched this with tomato and mustard sauce, which have me terrible heart burn. Sunday 2 Feb 2014, I phoned to complain, but was told that nobody could assist me. After my fiancee phoned them, Madeleina called me and started yelling at me. Still no refund!!!
