Bad Service the day before my wedding

I was booked for a 3pm appointment on the 31 August 2013, I admit that I was late. I found Ann standing at the counter, I asked her if they will be able to help me. She said my appointment will be cancelled and there is nothing they can do. I explained that it is my wedding the next day, she couldn't careless.

I always love sorbet, but I don't think I will ever go there again.
