Dear Sorbet Bryanston at the Bryanston Shopping Centre
Please note - this is regarding the ground floor salon:
I have repeatedly tried to be loyal to your branch but I am no longer going to do so.
I let it slide when you've repeatedly managed to lose my details on the system, despite me having gone there regularly for almost a year.
I put up with listening to the staff complain about clients right in front of them - yes, some of us are fluent in languages other than English.
I even gave you another chance when on MY BIRTHDAY, my nails were so badly painted, they began bubbling immediately after I left the salon.
But today, not only did your staff book my appointment on the wrong day - an appointment I had to leave work early for, I also had to endure a half-hearted attempt to correct the mistake and a whole lot of attitude.
I won't be back. What I will be doing is letting all my friends know what a continuous disappointment you are and to go have their nails done elsewhere.
