In a world where we accept bad service and only use hellopeter as a vent for the really, REALLY bad service we experience, I was totally surprised today by how Ravi from Dennis Mowers (Centurion) handled and treated me after a complaint I had, he was professional and handled/resolved the issue I had quickly.
