I was referred by my mechanic to g force Tyres as i needed to do balancing and alignment on my car's tyres. firstly, the full service couldnt be carried out as the said a prt needed replacing on the tyres. nevertheless, i was asked to pay upfront and come back after the part had been replaced so the could finish the work. My mechanic replaced the part even though he confirmed there was no need to do so. I went back to G Force a few days later and was again told there was something else that needed replacing. i called the owner who confirmed that his staff had damaged the part. Nevertheless, i brought back a new part, at my own cost, the next day. upon arriving there, i was told very rudely by the owner that he couldnt finish the job on my car. i got upset as i felt that i was just being pushed around from pillar to post. i asked for a refund but the owner refused. clearly, he is out to rob innocent people and i would never recommend them to anyone. he clearly lacks business ethics as he refused to carry out the repairs or to issue a refund.he never called or even made an attempt to contact me regarding the money i had already paid!!! he even thretened to have me thrown out
