Took my X5 to my workshop to resolve warning lights issue (ABS, DSC). He refered it to JSN for a diagnosis and was quoted R4, 000 to fix. A couple of days later, we get the car back and the problem persists. When asked, JSN told us that we were informed it may not work? What a joke, JSN diagnose, quote and fix but it may not resolve!!
They eventually refunded the R4, 000 but said we could keep the new part as they couldn't find the old part. On inspection, the 'new' part was never installed. In other words, they did nothing! and tried to charge R4k to do it!
How are we supposed to trust this supposed Authorised BMW dealer?
