Where else are we to run in this regard

I lodged a complaint with the NCR on the 20th of November 2013 and too date I have not received any feedback. Not even a confirmation to say that my complaint is still in investigation or concluded.
I came to this institution as I had run out of options and considering that I have been fighting a long battle alone I thought I had found help, but it seems not. Not only is the level of professionalism very low but consultants are rude and make you seem as though you are nagging of pestering them. Can anybody somebody from NCR help me please.
