My husband did application from wesbankfor finance and we were pre approved and have an email stating that we would have been called back within 6 hours and we never recieved a call so my dealer decided to send through the rest of the documentation to make it easier and phoned them asking them to phone my husband and they never did after promising to phone that day which was thursday 25 july. We badly need a car and the car that we want to purchase is not going to be there forever with this lack of response
