I called the call centre on Friday 15 th nov 2013 and was told to email my dispute through which I did. While on the phone with the call centre I asked for my reference number because how were they to know it was my documents being emailed through and I was told i didn't need one. Well after sending my documents through surprise surprise I didn't get any reply? I have a court order to remove my judgement transunion removed this judgement in a very timely manner after I sent through my documentation and were in communication with me throughout, maybe experian could learn a thing or two from them. I want a response immediately as this is not a request it's been ordered my a magistrates court to remove this listing!
I want this sorted out!!
