I bought a 2nd hand caravan from them, a sprite swift, the sides were pulling away from frame, the fridge not working and lots of other damages too, they alledge they took the caravan for a roadworthy test and had me pay for this but this caravan is not roadworthy, the lights is not working, and the wheelbearing on lefthand wheel is not even the right one, the bearing cone is loose. They sell damaged goods and to the customers about the state the goods are in, then they dont even reply to your complaint and ignore your calls, this company is showing criminal behaviour and is endangering customers lifes. The man Willem who services the wheels has no official training whatsoever, he does not even know any real techs and specs of any caravan, and to top it the manager Ferdi and his sales team is allways looking to the ground no real eye contact, only service till you buy, after that none.
