Very bad service. I am still waiting for my urgent overnight delivery. When I called customer service to find out where my overnight parcel is - I was told in an irritated voice to "Read Your Waybill" Has anyone got a magnifying glass for me? Overnight Express is blank not time stated. Last night I had to phone to find out why my parcel was not collected.
