My mother LH Mac Pherson has always faithfully paid her tv licence even in the last months she did not have a television. She stayed with me and without an income had to close her bank account which she had for 40years since the costs were to much. In the process she had to cxl her policies as well as her tv licence. She received forms which she had to return which she did just to be handed over to MBD who in return also has a bad attitude and threatened that she will pay her account. I have send emails to both MBD and the tv lic dep and no-one has replied yet the mails were read and MBD had confirmed receiving it. This is pathetic. Rather gun the million people who does not even own a tv licence but you want to victomize people who can't afford it anymore and has nothing.
