Shocking Aftersales Service

It is scary that people get away with this type of service in this country. I purchased a Ford ST3 last year December biggest mistake of my life! After the purchase of the vehicle the vehicle overheated 4 times I took it into Casseys Ford in Benoni. I was told that the vehicle never overheated it was just the computer system that needed to be upgraded. Once this done the vehicle overheated again and the computer system even indicated that. Eventually they found that the intake valves was not opening thus causing the car to overheat, this was cable tied open as they were under the impression that the motor that opens these air ducks was faulty. Never thought that would be the way Ford repairs a car almost worth half a million. In the interim the car continued to cut out/oil lights kept flashing and warning lights persisted. The car went in for a service they found that it was the connecting rod that was faulty and not the motor to open the air ducks. Best part if the story is to follow while my car was in for this service it was bumped not sure by whom, the damage is quite extensive bumper, vendors and left side of my car.
