I also eagerly bought loads of Monster in order to get the "promotional" give away clothing for my kids. I posted in 152 (2x75 plus 2 extra just to be safe) ring pulls EXACTLY as instructed - in the padded envelope - to the specified address - on 12 December - ready to order 2 x Hoodies. I have had no credit reflect on my account so emailed to enquire - no response. Today I received my ring pulls back in the mail - returned by the post office as it was not collected by them at the specified PO Box. I spent plus minus R3000 on their product and this is the treatment they give customers!!! I see many other people have the same disgusting treatment. I will make it my mission to have this information become public knowledge to the best of my ability. Negative word of mouth as far as possible - if nobody has the common decency to respond and honour what they offered. Why would any company with any integrity treat customers like this
