On 24.01.2014 I received an sms from Credit-Clear asking me to send a Please Call Me to 0840931164. I did this today around 12h45. Got a call back from Siyabonga Ndebe at 12h58. He said that Credit-Clear has to debit around R799 for 2 months before I can get any help, to which I'd agreed verbally. I want this verbal agreement cancelled IMMEDIATELY. After the call I went on Hello Peter & saw that nobody has anything nice to say about Credit-Clear.
& worse, Credit-Clear no longer responds to my Please Call Me's!!! Very bizarre 'cause almost 2hours ago (peak lunch period), I got a call from Siyabonga only 5 minutes after sending the initial Please Call Me.
I then phoned Credit-Clear to verbally request my cancellation. & as per many Hello Peter complaints, the woman who answered was very rude and would not put me through to Siyabonga even though I offered to hold. I do not remember her name, she took my name & cell number down. Still no-one has come back to me.
I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF EVERYTHING & I WANT TO BE NOTIFIED OF THIS CANCELLATION IN WRITING. I DO NOT WANT ANY DEBIT ORDERS FROM YOU, I DO NOT WANT TO SEE ANY SURPRISE DEBITS- THEY WOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!
