I signed up with credit clear after seeing an advert in the newspaper. I was told that for the R799.00 that would be deductible over a two month period I would get a credit report plus a booklet containing information on how to manage my debt and I would also be told be granted a loan. Credit Clear deducted R799.00 from my account.in April 2013. I a still waiting for the package, no one called me regarding the loan application. furthermore Credit Clear has continued to debit my account without permission. Each time I call them I am told that it was a mistake and that they are experiencing technical difficulties. I just want them to stop taking money from my account. It is a breach of contract as I only ":signed" with them to debit the R799.00. I have incurred bank charges and I am now deeply frustrated with this company. they are corrupt and greedy. Their whole "we will help you get out of debt" story Is a sham.
