This is my second report & complaint against Credit Clear.
I have never seen this kind of service.
Friday Carolinne Simango phoned me and offer me a credit clear service, I have accepted and phone my dept councilor. She advised me to cancel the service because she is already busy clearing my name.
I have phone the call center many and many times but they just don't answer their phones. It is impossible to get Credit clear to answer their phones.
Today they have deducted R799 from my account and I haven't even send them the documents they require. I insist that they pay me back my R799 because to the consumer act I am allowed to cancel a contract.
Please can someone help me?
