Terrible service and denying manufacturing default

Bought a new Rip Curl flashbomb three months ago and returned it to the store in Canal Walk after the stitching bombed out, and the glue along the seams on the inside came off. They said they would call me back in three days. It's been two months. I've called them 5 times during this time but no response. They didn't fix the seems..apparently it's wear and tear. I have never had this happen to any of my suits (and I have lots different suits over the last 12 years) so clearly it's a manufacturing default. Worst service I have ever experienced...
