I am shocked at the response I got from a "Chris" at Minuteman in Montague Gardens. There is a fantastic staff member there by the name of Priscilla and she is the reason why I take my business there, however she is not working on the Signage side. Well I went there on the 23.01.2014 for a Quote and I received a very expensive Quote on the Friday. I requested the Quote be altered, they did and the Quote is still expensive. I emailed them informing them that the vehicles I had vinyl done in 2011 faded after less than two years after they stated that it was a seven year vinyl? This "Chris" told me that reflector Vinyl costs R400 per meter! I called Mazey in Paarden Eiland and the cost is R119 per meter? Is this how Minuteman cheat clients! Further this "Chris" calls me and very rudely without being "client friendly" insults my integrity and says that the 2011 vinyl was in fact 3 year vinyl. They should do my new car free of charge. However "Chris" has NO IDEA how to treat clients and does not need any Client complaining. Somebody please Educate "Chris" as he will eventually drive Minuteman into the ground. BAD BAD Attitude.
