BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

On 5 April 2013 I called the Track and Trace department of the Postoffice about a parcel that I need to collect. They told me that the parcel was already scanned at Middelburg Post Office on 30 March 2013. I was standing in the queue for 1 hour and 30 minutes to be helped. Then they told me, the parcel is not there yet!!! They looked for it, and just tell me to come back later. I left and immediately went to call the Postmaster at the Middelburg Branch, but he was not available, due to the fact that he had to take his car in for a service.

I spoke to a lady (called Sampie) She informed me about how hard everyone is working and how long the strike was and how far the backlog was!! and that the people at the Track and Trace which I called to me.

When I got angry, she laughed and put the phone down in my ear!! I called back and after about 5 minutes of ringing she picked up again with the excuse the phone fell out of her hand! (??)

I understand that there was a strike, but bad service and bad attitude and poor service is not an excuse!!!
