On 24th September 2013 my husband was involved in an accident. William Mkhoza was my assessors and he organised Mdeva to do panel beating on my car. The insurance company offered R17 000 towards repairing the car. William quoted me R11 376.60 for admin costs which I find so ridiculous some of the things charged are ridiculous e.g he quoted R684.00 (necessary calls to the client) as far as I remember Mr Mkhonza called me twice, I was the one calling him - he even suggested that my husband should be the one to call because maybe I was nagging him. The pannel beater was paid R8 000 as per William. My car is a wreck, the speakers have been stollen, lights broken some cracked because they have been affected by the hail - car was not parked under cover at the workshop, boot inside still have cracks inside, paint peels and bubbles where it was resprayed. I took photos and complained to Wiliam - he said I should send him a mail which I did. He never responded to my mail, Mdeva is forever not available on his phone. I am tired of this it's now January 2014, William and Mdeva enjoyed my money and I did not get to travel for holidays because of the condition of my car.
