Oct 2012 I paid for 5 sets of curtains, 2 blinds & 3 sets of tie backs.
Oct 2013 I have 5 sets of curtains, 2 ill fitting blinds & 2.5 sets of tie backs made of scrap material (up to 5 joins in the piping)

I worked through The Home Stylist, who assisted in selecting the fabric. It turns out the fabric is too stiff to be utilised for the London Blinds intented - "manufacturer's fault" and FF will (at their cost) provide the blinds in the 2nd choice of fabric. After being patient for 1yr, I still have ill fitting blinds in the "too stiff fabric that will be addressed with the manufacturer"... despite Shahied's assurance to deliver the blinds in the 2nd choice fabric.

The tiebacks- charged R600 per set by The Home Stylist: 1 tie back was not delivered, another's stitching is unravelling, they were made twice the required length & tailoring involved snipping them in the middle which is unsightly & the piping contains 5 joins.

FF have too many ppl in the process: 1 measures, 1 invoices, 1 installs, 1 sews and yet others are the owners (Shahied & Ayesha) who take complaints. It seems none of these communicate or have any idea what I actually ordered.
