I purchased and paid in full for 8 dining room chairs. The sales woman who helped me was completely inexperienced. I was contacted on the same day by Micky Siebert (owners son) who told me that they only had 2 chairs in stock but that he would source off cuts and would contact me to choose an alternative fabric.

Needless to say the call never came and after leaving 4 msg's for him, I was eventually palmed off to his store manager Benita. After going in the second time and deciding on a fabric, which I was told was authorized by the owner Grant, I was contacted again to say that I had to pay in an additional R2000 which I was not prepared to do. I was then told that the supplier of that particular fabric was out of stock... Conveniently!

After a third attempt at choosing fabric, I insisted on a refund considering we could not agree on a way forward and was told that they would agree to the refund less 25% handling fee which I declined.

Micky later phoned me & was completely rude and derogatory blaming the episode on me and saying that the confusion was due to the fact that I was hasty in making the purchase!

Up until now, Home Flair accept no fault & refuse to agree to the refund
