Incorrect service

Volvo Bryanston first contacted me stating my Volvo is due for a service, just to phone me to collect my car as it was not due, on the next service, the did the Minor service instead of the Major service, making no notes what so ever. it is causing me hours of inconvenience trying to sort this out, just so that Volvo Bedfordview can administer the correct service today.
