Weak customer service delivery
When I bought my first car [B - Class] in 2009 and then my 2nd[C - Class] in 2011, at ROLA MOTORS, I was convinced that it would be a long happy relationship but the way I have been treated since enquiring [ Friday 05 July 2013] about trading my vehicle[C-Class] in for the new A-Class for my wife [and perhaps the M-Class for myself closer to the end of the year] leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
On the 16 July 2013, I received a quotation for the new C-Class and I informed Mr Stan Hoelson that I was waiting on the quote for the A-Class and he assured me that he would do so A.S.A.P... I have not received any other comms from him since. It is obvious that your dealership is doing extremely well and therefore does not need my business.
