Chrysler Jeep & Dodge
Failure to deliver on promise

This is the situation as explained by the customer care consultant: "the customer said she was forced to cancel the Matrix with us due to her insurance company. The customer said when she took out the insurance, she told them she had matrix with us and they told her to cancel because they won't cover for it. The customer wants us to know that it is beyond her control. The customer also said, it is not the dealers fault. The customer told me she cancelled on the 29 November 2013 and it still waiting for them to come and remove it and she's still waiting for her refund". (I was legible for refund since I cancelled during the grace period) After this message was escalated the tracking device was uninstalled on 10/12/2013, Chelsy promised refund will be done shortly after 17/12/2013... on 24/12 I followed up, Chelsy responded with an excuse on 02/01/2014 promising that she would give me the "good news" the following day. Until today I still have not been refunded - the funds are earning interest in the dealer's account. This matter is so long overdue the interest could as well amount to the full amount I paid for the device. CJD you have 48hrs to pay me back else I will demand interest
