Failure to refund

I cancelled my policies due to reasons beyond my control. On one of my policies (EDG7191298) I had two vehicles one of which I was putting on sale. When the cancellation was done I was told that since the December 2013 debit instruction had already been submitted to the bank the vehicles will be covered till end of Dec. 13 except for the one that I am selling - should I submit documentation proving that the particular vehicle was sold I will be refunded.
I submitted the documentation on 2013/12/02 and then I followed up to see if they were received. It was confirmed that they were received and that the refund will be done within two weeks. Until today it has not been done. When I called today I was told that it had not been requested - whoever responsible (rather irresponsible) did not process it... and that the vehicle in question does not appear on the system, however it has been referenced in the comments on the system. So far it is about four times overdue on the promised turnaround time and it is earning interest for them in their bank account.
Hollard I am giving you grace period of two days (48hrs) to refund my R679.69 failing which you will need to pay interest...
