Sunday 10th i was on my way back to Johannesburg with my kids thats were my BMW had a climate compressor failure i call BMW on call were i was well assisted by Eric he organized a tow truck and a family car for us.then other consultant spoke to me about the retail car which they will hire it for me for 1 day and they can extend it to another 24 hours, i had to get the car at Avis Polokwane which i had to pay R750 that refundable. BMW Polokwane didn't have the part they will get it on Wednesday, i then called BMW on call they transfered me to BMW South Africa where i was told my car is out of warranty the rental car will be only for 24 hours but on Sunday i was told i can extend it to another 24 hours which i found it confusing i was told to call the dealer to give me a car which the dealer told me my car is out of warranty, i must call BMW SA they will help me i called i spoke to Alfred who spoke to his manager. i had to call him to get the answer which was not helping me, he told me he will notify m power manager and BMW on call manager to investigate its been more than 48 hours no feedback i had to pay for both the additional day and the first day. its very disappointing
