The SA post office obviously doesn't find it necessary to link data and communications systems and make internal communications easier and more efficient. Somehow the redirecting of our mail from Dainfern North to Parklands was not done properly and we receiving mail from the wrong mailbox. The service in the post office is not always helpful. Nevertheless, once the manager of the Parklands branch was notified of our problem, he acted swiftly and decisively to ensure that things get resolved. He communicated his proposed solution well and extended our redirection.
Very refreshing.
