To whoever reads this, Northwest Nissan is the worst service I have ever received with any car dealership and I have dealt with many. My problems with my vehicle were just simply ignored over and over again. John is so rude, and ignores his Client busy simply turning his back and walking away.
The Dealer Principle is just as bad. his attitude is go to another Dealership if you don't want to come here. How is that for Client relationships. They are just not interested.
