I left my car at Sandown century city to have the ecu replaced. I paid upfront for the job and had to wait on the part which was expected. Upon arrival of the part I was informed that the car would be ready by the next day. That was the last correspondence I received. Two days passed after the supposed date and still no word from them. Friday that passed was the third day and it had reached a critical level that I got the car as they had no loan to offer me either. I called on Friday just before closed and was not impressed in the least bit with the service I got on the telephone. I called this morning to express my disgust and was promised that my car would be delivered. That it was. After riding it for a short while I notice that it's heating up. I had to switch off and leave it where it was. They seem to be costing me more money than anything else. I can't believe this to be the service one should expect from such an operation.
This feels like dealing with the guy around the corner who has no regard for his customers. Only difference is you get to lose an arm and a leg in the process. I'm done talking to Mr Burger as he can't seem to assist.
