Saw this add for a bedroom suite for my baby's first big girl room on [URL Removed] and LOVED IT

contacted them to make over several weeks and when I wanted to place my order I read the add again and its advertised that the sideboard is included but the sales person told me it wasn't (the side board is an additional R2499). after I insisted that I want all the items for the price it advertised I didn't hear from the again.
A week later I gave them an ultimatum either sell the goods to me as advertised or I will report them, I got an email requested my phone number. I replied I do not want to talk to them they can email me as I want everything in writing, I was told by the sales person I formal response will follow after the conversation, but I have no faith in this company cause if they cant be truthful in their adds why would the formal response be truthful?
