SPARE CAR KEY

The key was ordered by the dearship I bought the key from (Pharao Auto Inv), it was even paid forvia eft. that was in Feb 13. I called Audi on the 19 June to check if the key was there or not. Nobody could assist me, i was sent from pillar to post from the service department to the parts department, the gentleman I spoke to said I must speak to a Ferdi, I have been trying to get hold of him but to no avail, " he was out, can I take a message for him, he is busy on another call". I then decided to call them again on the 21 st June hoping they will asssit me, I spoke to Stephan (service consultant) he said he would not knw anything about parts, I spoke to some guy he said I must speak to Andre, I could not get hold of him, I then spoke to Ronel at least she emailed Ferdi the details on my query as I was copied on the email, I called Ronel back and she tranferred me to Ernest, I was then requested to forward the documents (proof of payment) from the dealership to Ronel, I have done so and I have heard nothing ever since. Am not sure what seems to be an issue here because the key was paid in full, should I keep on calling " FERDI" though he never bothers calling clients back???
