BREACH OF CONVERSATION AND PROMISE

After my first post on hello peter in regards to the increase in premium although parents are pensioners, Shayla has been dealing with me and also emailed me to fill in the proof of income, then Ronel had taken over. I explained everything to Ronel and also explained to her how disgusted i felt etc. During the conversations she mentioned if i fill in the proof of banks and get it to her before the 21/01/2014, she will get the accounts department to backtrack to be effective 1 January 2014. On the 29 January 2014 i receive an email from medihelp to advise premium only effective 1 Feburay 2014 this is unacceptable as i was advised 1 Jan and there will be insufficient funds in back account. When i emailed Ronel yesterday, she is giving me another story and mentioned about me not providng cell phone number which had nothing to do with the initial problem. I sent her the documents on the 20/01/2014 and she had before the 23/01/2014 to sort. She is diverting from her word and has not responded to my emails since yesterday. I want this sorted out urgently and someone senior than her needs to contact me, because she is not a responsible person and does not keep up to her word.
