I recently purchased a demo model Mercedes from Ronel and from the start she treated me with respect and dignity. I always t like I am her only client. I had issues after the purchase and she emmediatly resolved it. No questions or excuses, she just sort it out and make me as a customer happy.
I have been to many other brands, Audi, BMW, Honda, Volkswagen etc. Before I purchased and the salepeople just do not seem to want to make the sale. If the sale is not easy like mine as I am very particular they just shy away. That is why I did not consider other brands. Ronel called me back, appart from KIA who actualy also followed up only Mercedes or rather Ronel showed intrest in selling a car and she actualy made the sale.
