I have purchased a house in Vosloorus Area and this house had previous owner. So the eskom account is under their name not mine. I called Eskom call center to get assistance on how to change this account to my name. The agent ask me to sent a copy of my ID and Proof of address (Municipality rates statement) to this is email address [Email Removed] 02 Apri 2013 . Since then I have never received a communication or feedback.
Can anyone advise what to do because the Eskom office in Chris Hani shopping Mall is not helpful.
Their customer service it so poor. They ignore the Customers and continue to talk to each other without caring for people sitting and waiting to be served.
