I had a problem with faulty lights and power, only to find out that two other house opposite either side of my house also experienced the same problems. One neighbor pointed it out that their was a problem with the street lamp affect our supply. I called Eskom call centre (also well organised), provided my details and within an hour showed up and addressed the problem. They also went with me in the house to ensure all the major electric appliances were fully operational.
Thank you Eskom, just keep this up!!!
