Unfair business practise

We are being forced to continue driving a car that is not safe and dangerous. We were warned BMW on the 2nd day of purchase they refused to except the car back. They have been claiming that the car is safe to use. 1 month ago the car caught light and smoke was coming out of the engine, my husband almost got burnt in that car but they are still claiming that the car is safe and has been checked by BMW.
they want to force us in taking a deal that we must buy an M6 car that is much more expensive but still forfeit the depisit of 160k and instaments. Or else continue with the car that is not safe. They refuse to give us a new 650i gran coupe that we bought..
they say they will not he responsible if we get injured by the car or any other faults. We have been telling them that the car is not right but they continue forcing us. Their technicians failed to pick up a problem with the car multiple times... we have been complaining. As well as Cobus Swanepoel who refuse to take the car back, if he takes it back we loose our money. Which is unfair.
