NIGHTMARE AFTER SERVICES

I have been having UP HEEL, with Reeds since day one, I purchased a Chev Cruze received delivery on the 29/11/13, on receiving the vehicle I found the front Badge cracked pointed it out to Bruce Sprague, when getting home I found the services book not stamped and some un removable spots on wheel and tyre is cracked. I have reported all this to Bruce who said it will be taken care of when the vehicle comes in for the Tint which they have to do Tuesday. Wednesday at 13:00 pm the car was not collected by Reeds, I had to call them to come fetch the car, Tint was done and by USB stick, none of the other queries dealt with. I booked the vehicle in for a service on Tuesday 10/12/13 and they agreed all the queries will be seen to. The services is done, but queries I have spoken to them about at the moment is still not seen to. All the promises that was made to me by Jonathan, Janine and Kevin, all the endless phone calls, and the emails I have sent them I really did not expect them to disappoint me like this, I have been looking forward to deal with them but this whole experience has been one nightmare. I was really hoping they were going to make good of their promises...
